Ros Bell has been studying and practising yoga since the 1970s, when she was a psychology student at Oxford University. There, she was fortunate in finding her teacher, Kofi Busia; one class was enough to show Ros that this was the yoga for her. Iyengar Yoga Institute of Los Angeles (IYILA), which became her yoga home for the ensuing 25 years.
