BIOGRAPHY:

Shane Phillips was classically trained through mentorships by the extended Iyengar family of Senior teachers in Los Angeles, California. 

For over 15 years, he has devoted himself to the daily practice and study of yogic thought and shares this in his class instruction. 

Now based in Paris, France he finds joy in helping all to explore and experience the healing and powerful benefits of the practice and study of yoga. 

Shane creates a safe and supportive environment for students to explore and discover their practice. He guides students on their yogic journey and can demonstrate advanced poses with physical ease and verbal clarity.   

Classes are sharp and mindful, accessible to all levels, bodies, and ages. 
 
Additionally, he remains dedicated to his practice and continuing education, staying current with the latest developments in the field and incorporating new insights and techniques into his teaching to share this knowledge with others. He is passionate about inspiring students to explore the full potential of their physical and mental abilities. 

Shane believes everyone deserves to understand their own body and mind—enabling students to take action, to choose to no longer live or suffer from pain, whether it be physical or emotional.
