BIOGRAPHY: Peter Sterios

Peter Sterios is a creative yoga instructor, author, entrepreneur, and founder of MANDUKA and LEVITYoGA.

His first DVD “Gravity & Grace: Yoga for Finding Your Inner Teacher” is in Yoga Journal’s “top 15 yoga videos of all time”, and his first book Gravity & Grace: How to Awaken Your Subtle Body and the Healing Power of Yoga is a Nautilus Book Awards Gold Medal winner.

For three years, Peter taught yoga at the White House for Michelle Obama’s anti-obesity initiatives, and in 2018, he was invited to the Pentagon to share yoga’s therapeutic effects treating PTSD for the US Marine Corps. This special live online class will lead you towards what it means to have a truly personal practice with a focused inner dialog that guides you where you are - physically and psychologically.
