Title:
Switch On the Flow of the Brain In Asana
Type:
Sat Siva Middling
Length:
1.5 hour(s)
Description:
The Intelligence should flow to every part of your body. The connection between the brain and the body makes this happen. So does the connection between the senses and nervous system, and the muscular system. It is basic. It is simple. It should not be complicated.
Some understanding and visualization of the body is needed. Proper regular practise keeps this aliveness and freshness in the body and breath.
Guruji’s method was to give us the freedom this brings.
