Title:
Asana, Anatomy and Pelvic Floor Weakness.
Type:
Ananda Brahma Mild
Length:
2.0 hour(s)
Description:
Pelvic floor weakness is something I dealt with for years. And then from my many years of study with Sri B.K.S. Iyengar and Geeta Iyengar, and from my personal asana practice and my study of anatomy, my approache to bringing awareness to the pelvic floor evolved.
This Iyengar Yoga class brings awareness to this sensitive area. The instructions are methodical and precise.
During the class I observe; and I will sometimes stop so I can demonstrate an asana or action that needs to be properly understood.
