I have been practicing Iyengar Yoga for almost 50 years and teaching for nearly 43 years. I qualified as a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher (now called Level 3) in 2000 and I have given most of my working life to studying and teaching, mostly here in the UK but also across Europe.

JUSTIN HEROLD was a runner who ran for the health benefits it provided.In 1979 to overcome nagging running injuries he started practicing yoga.
