I became involved in meditation and mystical studies, at an early age. The passion of my mystical quest, drove me to study and investigate many paths. In 1984, I began my practice of Iyengar yoga and started teaching in 1985. Having trained with some of the finest senior teachers, I completed my courses at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of S.F. and was certified in 1990. JUSTIN HEROLD was a runner who ran for the health benefits it provided.In 1979 to overcome nagging running injuries he started practicing yoga. He slowly discovered that the yoga practice provided the most complete, safest system for keeping healthy. Health benefits were what drew him to running initially.
